经尿道前列腺电汽化术(TVP)治疗高龄高危前列腺增生症体会

摘　　要：[目的]探讨经尿道前列腺电汽化切除对高龄高危BPH患者的疗效。[方法]对65例高龄高危BPH病人进行TVP治疗。[结果]手术均获成功,症状明显改善,国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS),由术前的31.5分降至6.0分,生活质量评分(QOL)由4.6分降至2.0分。[结论]经尿道前列腺电汽化术(TVP)由于手术时间短,止血可靠,是治疗高龄高危BPH患者最有效的方法。[ Objective] To explore the evaluate the effect of transurethral vaporize resection of the prostate （TVP） on senior and high risk benign prostatic hyperplasia （BPH）. [Methods] TVP was performed in 65 old aged and high risk patients with BPH. [ Rsults] All patients were successfully performed with TVP, and their the symptoms were obviously improved. The scores of IPSS were decreased from 31.5 before operation to 6.0 after operation, and the QOL were decreased from 4.6 to 2.0. [Conclusion] TVP is effective and safe to treat old aged and high risk patients with BPH.
