天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压病120例

摘　　要：目的:对天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压病的疗效进行临床观察。方法:190例高血压病人随机分为观察组120例,对照组70例,观察组口服天麻钩藤饮加减与对照组口服硝苯地平片,卡托普利片,吲达帕胺片作对照。观察指标包括临床症状,血压(Bp),血糖(GLu),血清总胆固醇(ChoL),血清甘油三酯(TG),血清高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL),血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL),一年内发生并发症情况及其它等。结果:天麻钩藤饮可以降低高血压病患者的血压(两组差异无显著性P>0.05),降低血脂,改善高血压病患者的临床症状(差异有显著性P<0.05)。一年后随访远期疗效满意,无一例中风,对照组发生中风9例占12.9%(差异有显著性P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮治疗高血压病远期疗效满意,可预防高血压病人并发症的发生。Objectives： To study the clinical effects of TianmaGouteng Drinks in patients with hypertension. Methods： Study clinical symptoms, Blood pressure（Bp）, Glucose （Glu）, Cholesterol（ ChoL）, Triglcerin（TG）, Highdensity lipoprotein（HDL）, Low density lipoprotein（LDL）, side effects in one year etc. in 190 patients. 120 patients （study group） with hypertension take Tianmagonteng Drinks, 70 patients（control group） take Nifedipine tablets. Captopril tablets Indapamides tablets. Results： Tianmagouteng Drinks could lower blood pressure in patients with hypertension （two groups without significant dlifference, P〉0.05） and it could lower the lipemia, improve the clinical symptoms（ significant difference P〈0.05）. There is no stroke after one year in study group.9 cases suffered stroke in control group. （significant difference. P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Tianmagouteng Drinks have satified effects in the long term and prevent the side effects of patients with hypertension.
