摘　　要：针对传统资源管理平台组织结构及功能的不统一问题,运用分析模式中责任模式的建模思想,采用MVC设计模式的三层架构形式,提出了从人或组织之间责任关系的角度来优化设计资源管理平台的新思路。According to non-unification problem between the structure of traditional resource managemem platform and it＇s function, new ideas are brought to optimize and design the resource management platform from the responsibility relationship of person or organization by the use of modeling thoughts of responsibility pattern in the analysis patterns and three-tier structure of MVC design pattern.
