摘 要:【目的】了解正常儿童唾液中sIgAI、L-6与TNF-α的含量及其相互关系,探讨其与婴幼儿贫血的关系。【方法】采取随机整群抽样的方法对陕西农村391名出生至18个月婴幼儿进行调查,并对其中55名婴幼儿采用ELISA方法检测唾液中sIgAI、L-6与TNF-α的含量,并对贫血与非贫血组儿童唾液中三种免疫指标含量进行比较。【结果】0-18个月龄的婴幼儿sIgAI、L-6与TNF-α的均数随年龄增大而变化的趋势基本一致,在4-6月中均为最高,1岁后趋于平稳;贫血组的唾液sIgA低于非贫血组,而唾液TNF-α和IL-6均高于非贫血组。【结论】0-18个月龄的婴幼儿唾液中sIgA水平较低,唾液IL-6、TNF-α检测可考虑作为贫血患者的免疫监测指标。【Objective】 To explore the contents of sIgA,IL-6 and TNF-α in normal infantile saliva and relation with anemia. 【Methods】 55 infants were selected to studied more intensively with saliva samples analyzed for sIgA,IL-6,TNF-α,and the content of which were compared between the anemic child and the normal child. 【Results】 The changing tendency of sIgA,IL-6 and TNF-α in five groups were basically identical,the highest was in B group(4 to 6 months),but there was no significant difference in five groups(P〉0.05),it tended to stable after 1 year old of age;The contents of salivary TNF-α and IL-6 in anemic group were higher than those of control group.However,salivary sIgA was obviously lower than control group. 【Conclusions】 The level of salivary sIgA is low in infants from birth to 18 months,salivary TNF-α and IL-6 could replace serum TNF-α and IL-6 as immunologic surveillance index.
