摘　　要：建立完善的控辩双方证据开示制度,是国家法制建设的需要。我国司法实践当中证据开示制度存在不足,需要依据必要的原则进行改进。建立证据开示制度,对我国刑事诉讼意义深远。The establishment of a consummate evidence presentation system between the defendant and prosecutor is a key element in the construction of our legal system. The Judicial Practice in our country has revealed the deficiencies in the evidence presentation system. Therefore, the establishment of evidence presentation system and improvements based on certain principles play significant roles in the criminal lawsuits.
