摘　　要：图书馆存在规律:人类知识交流与传承需要决定图书馆存在,图书馆存在反映人类知识交流与传承需要;图书馆运动规律:社会知识需求与图书馆知识服务的矛盾是图书馆发展的动因,知识服务力决定知识服务关系是图书馆发展的过程。图书馆原理是图书馆存在规律和运动(发展)规律的辩证同一。The demand of spread and inheritance of human knowledge determines the existence of libraries, which reflects the demand of the inheritance of human knowledge; the contradiction between the demand of social knowledge and the service of library knowledge is the motive for the libraries to develop, and the ability of knowledge service determining the relation of it is the process of the development of libraries. The principle of library is the basic laws of its existence and movement （development）.
