摘 要:搅动循环灌浆是通过搅动循环灌浆孔口封闭器在灌浆过程中产生强制搅动作用,使孔内浆液形咸一定流速的紊流,保证恒定的设计压力,避免浆液沉淀、凝固和析水现象,确保孔内浆液的均一性、流动性、增加可灌性,杜绝回浆变浓和固管现象,节省灌浆时间.搅动循环灌浆技术在1995年9月开始用于现音阁水库帷幕灌浆工程,完成55890m,与前期循环灌浆相比节省工期20%,节约水泥280t,节约钻杆损失4919m,避免因固管重新钻孔4568m,一年产生直接经济效益496.5万元.Guanyinge Reservoir Project is a large water conservancy pivotal project, which was constructed in the karst region of North of China. Because of geologic structure complex, both amount of curtain-grouting and the technique difficulty of constructure are typical. In the later stage of curtain--grouting, the stirring cycle grouting was adopted, which was abviously compared with the cycle grouting of former stage. The results of application fully embodied the superiority of the stirring cycle grouting technique. Both theory and practice prove that the stirring cycle grouting develops all merit of the cycle grouting and overcomes the defect and shortage of the cycle grouting. The stirrring cycle grouting must promote the development of the grouting techinique.
