摘 要:目的:探讨护士工作能力民主测评在护理管理中的应用效果,提出有关民主测评的若干实施建议和操作规范。方法:用自制的"护士工作能力评价表"对该院神经科44名护士的工作能力分别进行自评、他评及护士长测评,对民主测评的数据进行分析。结果:护士工作能力总评与工龄、该院护龄、职称均呈正相关,与被评层次呈负相关,与学历无线性相关关系。经多重线性回归分析,结果职称、该院护龄及工龄3个因素进入回归方程。结论:护士可根据此评价结果有针对性地对某一方面的能力进行提高;而护理管理者可以更客观地发现某方面的护理人才,为管理提供良好的依据。Objective: This study aimed to explore the application of the democratic appraisal for nursing so as to develop the practice regulation. Methods: Forty-four nurses were evaluated, including self-evaluation, colleague-evaluation and head nurseevaluation, by a self-designed Nursing Practice Competency Scale. Results: Positive correlation existed between the service length, nursing length in our hospital, title and nursing practice competency. And negative correlation existed between the evaiuatedlevel and competency. No correlation existed between the education level and competency. Multiple linear regression analysis indicated that the rifle, nursing length in our hospital and service length entered the regression equation. Conclusion: The nurses could improve certain capacity and the nursing managers could discover certain nursing giant according to the evaluation outcomes.
