摘　　要：以Windows XP/2000作为平台,运用PB10.0和Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere 9.0开发了能多元化采集数据的档案信息管理系统,并以维吾尔语和汉语等多语种方式显示、处理、存储和打印信息。通过在企业与政府机构的实际运行,证明该系统使用简便,运行稳定,数据安全,综合性能良好,值得进一步升级推广。Microsoft WindowsXP/2000 is used as platform to develop the multilingual archives information management system, the PB10.0 and the Sybase Adaptive Server Anywhere 9.0 are also used for the system development separately. This system collects data by multi-way, and the file data can be saved, displayed, processed and printed in both Uygur and Chinese Unicode format. This system is tested in the enterprise and the government organization. The results approve that the merits of the system are simple, stable and secure. The overall performance of this system is well. It is worth for further promoting and using.
