商洛栲胶生产存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：商洛栲胶原料十分丰富,而商洛栲胶企业却濒临破产。通过跟踪实际生产过程并查阅有关资料,分析了商洛栲胶生产中原料采集与储存、生产工艺、产品开发与废渣利用方面存在的主要问题,并提出了相关的应对策略。栲胶生产企业应该加强生产经营管理、改进生产工艺、加强职工培训、完善操作规范、降低原料消耗、减少能源浪费、降低生产成本、加强产品研发,延长产业链,增强产品的市场竞争力,提高产品的利润空间,提高企业的经济效益和社会效益。Shangluo vegetable tannins extract enterprise is facing bankrupt while Shangluo is rich in vegetable tannins extract. Following the actual production process and reviewing the relevant data, problems concerning raw material collection and storage, technological process, product development, and use of waste are analyzed, and corresponding measures are proposed. Vegetable tannins extract enterprise should strengthen production management, improve production technology, enforce staff training, perfect operation standard, reduce raw material consumption and energy waste, reduce production cost, strengthen product development, extend chain products, improve market competition and share of profit, economic and social benefit.
