摘　　要：随着国家对地球资源的重视以及对高等地质教育的关注,中国地质大学(北京)在"十一五"期间,将全面建设高水平研究型大学。确立了学科立校、人才强校、特色兴校三大发展战略,将重点完成学科结构优化、师资人才拔尖、自主创新能力提升、创新型人才培养体系落实四大任务,并提供机制与制度、资源与条件、环境与文化、思想与组织四大保障。With the increasing focus on the resource and the higher geological education, China University of Geosciences will construct high level research university during the Eleventh Five-Year Plan. The university proposed three great strategies and four missions. At the same time, it provided four protective measures.
