摘　　要：即时消息已成为Internet上日渐流行的通信技术。本文借鉴当前主流的即时通信商业软件,采用JavaNio多线程无阻塞技术,提出针对企业特点的即时消息系统模型,讨论了所用的通信协议、协议格式及相关的数据库设计。最后详细介绍了消息系统服务器在消息分发和状态感知两个环节上的设计与具体实现。该系统具有可管理性好、运行效率高的特点。Instant messaging is an increasingly popular technology for communicating over the Interneto This paper refer to present mainstream instant message software, and introduce a model of instant message exchanging system for corporation applications based on Java Nio＇s Muhithread non-blocking technology,The communication protocol and the design of database is discussed~ Finally, design and implement about distribution of message and feeling of status are specially discussed. The system shows the feature of nicer management and high efficiency .
