摘　　要：通过研究日本在地震灾害方面的成功经验,从地震监测与预防、震后应急措施等方面对我国今后的抗震救灾体系提出相关建议,针对汶川大地震,就灾后重建过程中需要重点考虑的因素进行了分析。By study of Japan＇s successful anti-seismic experience, the author of the paper puts forwards some propositions for the construction of China＇s future anti-seismic system in the respects of earthquake monitoring and prevention as well as the emergency measures to be taken after earthquake. The paper also makes analysis of the keys factors to be taken into consideration in the reconstruction in connection with Wenchuan earthquake.
