高校图书馆学科馆员的工作模式研究

摘　　要：学科馆员的工作职责包括学科联络和学科参考帮助两大方面。目前,我国学科馆员的组织模式主要有集中管理、分散管理、挂靠式管理等三种;学科馆员的服务方式有专职方式、兼职方式、专职和兼职相结合的方式;实施模式有学科馆员——图情教授联合负责式和学科馆员对口负责式。图书馆要建立一套有效的人才培养机制,以保证学科馆员队伍的水平能够不断提高并根据图书馆的具体情况和馆员的个人能力分布,将学科馆员队伍建成一支梯队。The scope of responsibility of disciplinary librarians subsumes disciplinary networking and disciplinary reference backup. Currently, disciplinary librarians are being lumped into three types of organization in China： concentrated management, scattered management and affiliated management. Disciplinary librarians offer full-time, part-tlme, or combined service. In terms of operational modes, disciplinary librarians can either share responsibility with professors in library intelligence, or works independently in the specialized areas. Libraries should aim at an effective staff-training mechanism, so as to ensure the upgrading of disciplinary librarians, and, simultaneously, to form a strong team in view of specific circumstances and individual variations.
