高效液相色谱法测定胆宁片中胆红素含量

摘　　要：目的建立胆宁片中胆红素的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Lanbo Kromasil C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-三氯甲烷-1%磷酸(80∶14∶6),流速1.0mL/min,柱温45℃,检测波长450nm。结果胆红素进样量在0.019956～0.139692μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为99.74%,RSD=1.55%(n=6)。结论方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于胆宁片的含量的质量控制。Objective To establish the content determination method of bilirubin in Danning Tablets. Methods HPLC analysis was carried out with Lanbo Kromasil Cis column and methanol-trichloromethane- 1% phosphoric acid （80：14：6） was the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min, the column temperature was 45 ℃ and the detection wavelength was at 450 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear within the range of 0. 019 956-0. 139 692 μg for bilirubin（ r = 0. 999 9）, the average recovery rate was 99.74%, RSD = 1.55% （n =6）. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate with good reproducibility, which can be used for the quality control determining the content of Danning Tablets.
