摘　　要：在介绍地质动力区划基本原理的基础上,说明了新构造运动影响下城市地面楼寓和生命线系统的防灾减灾问题,以及新构造运动对地下采矿区煤与瓦斯突出的影响问题.指出,地质动力区划方法对城市建设的地质灾害预测分析具有时间短、工程评价费用低、效果显著等特点.Based on introducing the basic principle of geo-dynamic division, the disaster prevention and mitigation of buildings and the lifeline system of city under the geotectonic movement are explained, as well as the influence to the coal and gas outburst of underground mining area. It is pointed out that adopting geo-dynamic division method in the prediction analysis of urban geological hazard will cost less time, lower expense and higher efficiency.
