摘　　要：经济法是最富现代性,最集中地反映和谐价值的新兴法律部门之一。本文首先对和谐社会进行了三维解读,在对经济法进行多角度认识后,可以看出经济法具有和谐性,经济法与和谐社会具有内在的契合性,并从多个方面体现了保障和谐社会的功能。Economic Law, one of the newly- emerged law branches, is the most concentrated reflection of the value of harmony. The paper has a three-dimensional interpretation of the harmonious society which is the inherent rationale of Economic Law. Its compatibility with the harmonious society embodies its protection of a harmonious society from many aspects.
