摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC-ELSD法测定肝速康胶囊中齐墩果酸的含量。方法:采用Phenomenex C18色谱柱,以甲醇-0.1%三氟醋酸(TFA)溶液(90:10)为流动相,柱温为室温,流速为1.0mL.min-1,以蒸发光散射检测器检测,漂移管温度88℃,空气作为载气,流速为1.6L.min-1。结果:齐墩果酸在2.007～12.04μg与相应峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9992,n=5),平均回收率为100.12%,RSD为0.62%(n=5)。结论:方法准确,专属性强,该法可用于该制剂的质量控制和评价。Objective： An HPLC-ELSD was developed and validated to the determination of oleanolic acid in Gansukang Capsules. Methods： the determination was performed on Phenomenex C18 column with the mobile phase consisted of methanol - 0. 1% trifluoroacetie acid （TFA） solution （90：10） at ambient temperature. ELSD was used as detector , the drift tube temperature was 88℃ and eluant gas was air with the flow rate was 1.6L·min^-1. Results： The method showed a good linear relationshi Pwithin the range of oleanolic acid was 2. 007 - 12. 04μg （r = 0. 999 2, n = 5 ） . The mean recovery was 100. 12% with RSD = 0. 62% （n = 5 ） . Conclusion： The method is simple and sensitive and can be used for the quality control of Gansukang Capsules, RSD = 1.31%.
