东洞庭湖湿地保护现状与对策

摘　　要：东洞庭湖湿地价值无穷,但湿地保护问题严重.本文针对东洞庭湖湿地保护现状和存在问题,指出应当从管理绩效、生态平衡、健全法制等视角,强化湿地保护,并通过整合,科学地进行保护性开发.The wetland in East Dongting Lake is of great value, but there are serious problems of the preservation of the wetland. The preservation of the wetland should be strengthened in the perspective of the achievements of administration, cological balance and perfecting legal system. The wetland should also be exploited,scientifically.
