细辛甲醇提取物对小菜蛾幼虫的拒食作用

摘　　要：试验用叶碟法测定了细辛甲醇粗提物对小菜蛾2～3龄幼虫的拒食活性。结果表明,细辛对小菜蛾有很好的拒食活性,24h选择性拒食试验的拒食中浓度为183.18mg/L;非选择性拒食试验的拒食中浓度为233.46 mg/L,在选择性和非选择性拒食试验中,拒食率都是随提取物浓度的升高而增大。The leaf-disc test method for the determination of Asarum methanol extracts on 2-3 diamondback moth larvae feeding activity. The results showed that the herb is good for diamondback moth feeding activity, 24 hour test for the concentration Antifeedant, the selective feeding test for the AFC50 is 183.18mg / L; In non-selective feeding test for the AFC50 is 233.46mg/L, in selective and non-selective feeding experiments, the extracts were extracted with the increase of concentration increases.
