煤矿事故“三违”行为机理分析

摘　　要：通过对煤矿事故"三违"现象及表现形式的分析,认为"三违"之所以发生,是与行为人的素质、心理、行为动机,以及所处环境等因素有密切联系。同时总结了"三违"现象产生的宏观原因,认为只有从"三违"产生的原因着手,充分发挥职工的主观能动性,变被动式的处罚为主动提前预防,才能从根本上遏制"三违"。最后,分析了"三违"现象产生的心理因素,为进一步的研究奠定了基础。Analyzing the phenomena of ＂three violations＂ in coal mines and their outward forms, the authors of this paper take it for granted that the occurrence of ＂three violations＂ is closely linked with the overall quality, psychological status, motives and also the micro environmental factors of those who act that way. At the same time, the authors also analyze the macro reasons for the ＂three violations＂ and propose that prevention of ＂three violations＂ could be realized only when we start from the root causes. At the same time, we have to rely on bringing into full play the subjective initiatives of the workers and turn levying penalty into implementing preventive measures in an active way. This is the best way to eliminate the phenomena of ＂three violations＂. Finally, this paper carries out an analysis of the psychological factors of the ＂three violations＂ as a foundation for further researches.
