摘　　要：从哲学的角度阐释了瓦斯突出这一突发事件的偶然性与必然性的辩证关系,以提高思辨能力。针对煤矿瓦斯突出致使"安全"区域的状态会动态转换成危险区域的新特点,为预防重大瓦斯爆炸事故,提出了具体的煤矿预防瓦斯突出灾害的安全措施。From a philosophical point of a gas outburst explain this sudden and accidental event of the inevitability of dialectical relations, to enhance the capacity of Thinking. For coal mine gas outburst in which ＂security＂ of the status of regional dynamics into the new characteristics of hazardous areas, to prevent major gas explosion occurred in a coal mine made specific prevention of gas outburst disaster induced safety measures.
