摘  要:采用原位聚合法制备了具有电磁功能的聚苯胺/CoFe2O4纳米复合材料,利用TEM、XRDI、R、VSM等技术对其形貌、结构及其电磁性能进行了研究。结果表明:尺寸为25 nm左右的CoFe2O4磁性微粒被聚苯胺完全包覆,导电聚苯胺(PANI)与CoFe2O4之间存在化学键合作用;复合材料同时具有优良的电性能和磁性能,其电导率随CoFe2O4含量的增加而降低,饱和磁化强度却随之增加,而矫顽力则在101-131Oe范围内变化,且均高于纯CoFe2O4的矫顽力。PANI/CoFe2O4 electro-magnetic nanocomposite materials were synthesized by the in-situ polymerization method.The morphologies,structure and electromagnetic properties of PANI/CoFe2O4 nanocomposite materials were characterized by TEM,XRD,FT-IR,and VSM.The results indicated that the CoFe2O4 magnetic nanoparticles with a diameter of about 25 nm were entrapped by PANI and the composites had a shell/core structure.A bonding interaction existed between CoFe2O4 and PANI in the composites.The composites possessed both excellent conductivity and magnetization.With increasing CoFe2O4 content,the conductivity of composites decreased while the saturated magnetization(Ms) increased.The coercive force(Hc) of composites fluctuated within the range of 101~131Oe and was higher than that of pure CoFe2O4.
