摘　　要：用RP-HPLC法测定了不同产地大青叶中靛玉红的含量。测定使用Kromasil C18色谱柱（200 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以V（甲醇）∶V（水）=75∶25为流动相,柱温为25℃,流速为1.0 mL/min,紫外检测波长为289 nm。该方法的线性范围是1.25-19.97 mg/L,平均回收率为98.5%,RSD=0.82%（n=9）。该法可用于质量控制,为不同产地大青叶中靛玉红的含量比较提供依据。The content of indirubin in folium isatidis from different habitats was determined by the RP-HPLC method.A kromasil C18 column （200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used with the mobile phase consisting of methanol-water（V∶V=75∶25）.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,and the detection wavelength was set at 289 nm with the column temperature set at 25 ℃.The linear range for detection of indirubin was 1.25～19.97 mg/L（r=0.999 9）.The mean recovery rate of the method was 98.5%,with RSD=0.82%（n=9）.The method can be used for the control over quality of folium isatidis and for comparing content of indirubin originated from different habitats.
