摘 要:研究了过碳酸钠(SPC)、过氧化尿素(UP)对蔗渣Soda-AQ浆短序少氯漂白的效果,包括P、HP、PH、HAP、APH,并与同等条件下H2O2的漂白效果进行了比较。结果表明,H2O2用量为3%时,SPC与UP分别比H2O2漂白白度高3个百分点和2个百分点;不同漂序漂白效果不同,PH、APH漂浆白度均高于相应的HP和HAP,但纸浆的返黄值偏高;采用APH漂序,在用氯量为1%的条件下,UP与SPC漂白最终白度可以分别达到80.1%和79.7%,比传统H2O2漂白分别高出3个百分点和2.6个百分点;在H2O2用量减少1%的条件下,SPC与UP可达到与传统H2O2漂白相同的白度。Short sequence and low chlorine bleaching of bagasse Soda-AQ pulp with sodium percarbonate(SPC) and urea peroxide(UP) were investigated in this paper, bleaching sequences such as P, HP, PH, HAP and APH were included. The bleaching effects were compared with traditional hydrogen peroxide bleaching under the same technical conditions. The analysis of the results revealed that the brightness index of UP and SPC bleaching are 3% and 2% higher respectively than that of the conventional hydrogen peroxide bleaching at a 3% H2O2 dosage. The bleaching effects are different with different bleaching sequences and the PH and APH sequences produce higher brightness than HP and HAP sequences but the yellowing index of the former are higher than the latter accordingly. With a dosage of 3% H2O2 and using APH sequence, the final brightness of UP and SPC bleaching can reach 80.1% and 79.7%, which are 3% and 2.6% higher than traditional hydrogen peroxide bleaching respectively. Besides, the results indicated that with decreasing 1% H2O2 dosage UP and SPC bleaching can obtain the same brightness index as the traditional hydrogen peroxide bleaching.
