摘 要:以钢铁盐酸酸洗废液和氯化铝为原料,制备了高浓度氯化铝铁共聚物混凝剂(CPAFC),考察了其对草浆中段废水的混凝效果。通过红外光谱表征了CPAFC的共聚结构;动态光散射检测得到稀溶液中CPAFC的粒径呈正态分布,表明其为非聚集形态,平均粒径116.2nm,Zeta电位43.4mV。中段废水应用实验表明:CPAFC投加量200mg/L,高浓度中段废水CODCr去除率54.4%,SS去除率75.0%;但对低浓度中段废水,PAC的混凝效果更好。A high concentration copolymerized aluminium-ferrum chloride (CPAFC) was prepared with aluminums chloride and waste liquor (WL) from steel-cleaning in hydrochloric acid, the coagulation effect of CPAFC on the washing and bleaching effluent from the straw pulp mill was invesgated. The structure of CPAFC was characterized by FT-IR, the normal distribution of the particles of CPAFC in dilute solution confirmed that there are no any aggregates, and the particle size and zeta potential are respectively 116.2 nm and 43.5 mV tested by means of dynamic light scattering. The application results in treatment of a high concentration washing and bleaching effluent from the straw pulp mill indicated that CPAFC is more excellent than polyaluminium chloride (PAC). Removal rate of COD is 54.4% and SS is 75.0% respectively under dose of 200 mg/ L, CPAFC. But PAC appears preferable to CPAFC for low concentration effluent. In addition, the key factors affecting of coagulation result of the waste water with different concentration were also discussed.
