摘　　要：介绍了盘式热分散机的结构、工作原理、使用特点及其应用前景。应用实例表明该装置处理效果良好,成纸尘埃减少、白度提高。A disc heat-dispersing system which is consisted of inclined screw thicker, screw squeezer, pulp screw conveyor, heater and disc heat-disperser has been developed. The whole set of equipment is controlled by PLC and with high-level automatic control. Meanwhile, it is characterized by convenient operation. The equipment application can decrease the speckles, increase the brightness of the product.
