摘  要:以硝酸铈铵为氧化还原引发剂,在氮气保护下,研究了壳聚糖(CTS)与烯丙基三苯基氯化磷在2%的乙酸溶液中的接枝共聚反应,制备出具有较好抗菌性能的CTS/烯丙基三苯基氯化磷抗菌材料。重点讨论了反应时间、反应温度、引发剂浓度和烯丙基三苯基氯化磷用量对接枝共聚反应的影响。结果表明,当反应温度为60℃、反应时间为5.0h、引发剂用量为3.5mL(Ce4+质量浓度为0.01g/mL)、烯丙基三苯基氯化磷用量为0.5g、CTS用量为0.2g时,接枝率最高,可达48.2%。与CTS相比,CTS/烯丙基三苯基氯化磷的亲水性和热稳定性都得到了提高,且其对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌有较高的抗菌活性。Grafting of quaternary phosphonium salts (QPS) onto chitosan (CTS) was studied, which used eeric ammonium nitrate(CAN) as initiator under nitrogen atmosphere in 2% acetic solution, and the copolymer of good antibacterial activity was obtained. The effects of reaction time, reaction temperature, concentrations of initiator and monomer on the polymeric behaviors were discussed. The results showed that the grafting ratio reached the maximum 48.2% at the following conditions : the concentrations of CAN, QPS and CTS were 3.5 mL, 0.5 g and 0.2 g respectively, the reaction time and temperature was 5 h and 60℃ respectively. Thermal property and hydrophilic property of grafted copolymer were improved obviously, and the grafted material exhibited excellent antibacterial activities against E. coil and S. aureus.
