摘 要:采用原位红外光谱法确定了氰酸酯树脂(CE)/环氧树脂(EP)体系的共固化反应机理,研究了非催化条件下EP含量对产物结构的影响,并且研究了不同配比的CE/EP共混物的结构与性能之间的关系。研究表明,随EP含量的增加,产物中恶唑烷酮含量增加,相应浇注体的冲击性能有明显提高,但弯曲性能略有下降;凝胶点测试表明,EP可以有效促进CE的固化反应。In situ FTIR was adopted to study the reaction machanism of epoxy and cyanate ester co-cure reaction. The influence of epoxy on the structure and properties of the co-cure product with different ratios of epoxy and eyanate was studied. The results showed that, with the increasing of epoxy content in the system, the concentration of oxazolidone structure in the product was also increased as well as the impact strength, but the bending strength was decreased. Gel time of the system was shortened when adding epoxy to the system.
