单双侧肺减容术的临床比较

摘　　要：目的比较单双侧肺减容手术围手术期死亡率与并发症。方法56例行肺减容手术的患者,分为单侧肺减容组36例和双侧肺减容组20例,比较两组的死亡率、并发症、住院时间。结果36例单侧肺减容术死亡1例,围手术期死亡率为2.8%,20例双侧肺减容术死亡3例,围手术期死亡率为15.0%;术后平均住院天数单侧肺减容术(16.5d)较双侧肺减容术(21.0d)极显著缩短(P<0.01)。结论虽然双侧肺减容术在改善患者肺功能方面优于单侧肺减容术,但是围手术期死亡率与并发症却比单侧肺减容术明显增高。Objective To compare the perioperative mortality and complication between ULVRS and BLVRS. Methods 56 patients undergoing LVRS were divided into two groups： ULVRS and BLVRS group including 36 and 20 patients respectly. And then compared mortality, complication and hospitalization time between the two groups. Results 1 patient died in the ULVRS group,the perioperative mortality was 2.8%, while 3 patients died in the BLVRS group, the perioperative mortality was 15.0%. The mean hospitalization time in the ULVRS group（16. 5 d）was significantly short compared with the BLVRS group （21.0 d） （P〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Though BLVRS is superior to ULVRS in improving patients lung function, the preioperative mortality and complication is significantly higher than ULVRS.
