摘　　要：立体印花有发泡印花、起绒印花、拔浆印花和烂花印花等四种方式,可分别采用微胶囊制剂、发泡剂、增稠剂、热固性油墨等助剂,形成浮雕或绒绣效果,其印花工艺和设备与涂料印花相似。文中分析了立体印花设计、制版、印制等方面存在的问题,并给出解决方法和建议。The three-dimensional printing can produce embossment and woolen embroidery effect with the help of microcapsutes, foaming agent, thickener and thermosetting ink separately. Their printing process and equipment were similar to those of pigment printing. The problems existed in designing, stenciling and printing etc. were analyzed, and their solutions were given in this paper.
