摘 要:以玉米秸秆粉碎破茬机为研究对象,设计和组建了无线遥测田间测试系统,进行了以作业功耗为指标的前进速度单因素试验。试验表明基于无线局域网和虚拟仪器技术的田间测试系统,操作简单,方便实用,提高了田间试验的机动性和工作效率。试验中选用东方红-200拖拉机为配套动力,其8个工作挡位很好地满足了多水平选取的试验要求。最后用SPSS软件得出了作业功耗与前进速度之间的线性关系式,为该机运动参数的选择提供了可靠依据。For researching chopper of corn straw and stubble, remote measuring test system in the field was designed and constructed, and one-factor( forward velocity) experiment was finished where power consumption of the machine was the indicatrix. The experiment proved that the test system based WLAN and VI technology was effective, convenience and easily operated, and improved the mobility and effiency of the experiment in the field. The tractor ( Dongfanghong-200 ) having 8 working gears can commendably match the need for several levels of the experiment. At last using SPSS the linear equation between forward velocity and the power consumption was set up, which founds the base of selecting motorial parameters of the machine.
