摘  要:在0.1mol/L硫酸介质中,亚硝酸根对KClO3氧化灿烂甲酚蓝的褪色反应具有明显的催化作用,据此建立了催化光度分析测定痕量亚硝酸根的新方法。研究了反应的适宜条件及动力学参数。在最大吸收波长630nm及选择的最佳实验条件下,方法线性范围为0.05~0.4μg/mL,检出限为0.014μg/mL。该法直接用于雨水和湖水中痕量亚硝酸根的测定,结果满意。A catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace nitrite was developed. It was based on the catalytic effect of trace nitrite on the oxidation of brilliant cresyl blue by potassium chlorate in a 0.1 mol/L H2SO4 acidic solution. The optimum experiment condition for the determination was found. The detection limit for nitrite was 0. 014 μg/mL,and the linear range of the determination was in the range of 0.05-0.4μg/mL. The method has been applied to the determination of trace nitrite in rain and lake samples, respectively.
