摘  要:针对水电站大型水轮发电机组圆盘式转子支架电站现场组焊容易产生焊接变形的特点,通过分析转子支架主要结构尺寸之间的相互关系及其影响因素和焊接过程中的变化规律,制定了合理的焊接程序。通过三峡、龙滩等大型水利水电工程现场实际焊接和检验,不仅保证了焊缝本身的焊接质量,同时有效地控制了焊接变形、确保结构尺寸满足施工技术规范要求,为今后同类型发电机圆盘式转子支架电站组焊积累了宝贵的经验。Being against the welding deformation of site welding for disc-type rotor spider of large hydro-generator,this paper analyzes the mlationship of dimensions of main structure parts ,impact factors, and deforms characteristic during welding, prepares the reasonable welding sequence.ln the practice of site welding and test in the large hydro-power projects such as three gorge project,Longtan project, not only the welding quality guaranteed ,but also the weld deformation controlled effectively ,and the structure dimensions are assured to meet the requirement of construction technical specification ,the good experiences are provided for the similar site welding of disc-type rotor spider in large bydro-generator in the future.
