摘  要:全桥零电压零电流脉宽调制变换器在全桥零电压脉宽调制变换器的基础之上增加了一个饱和电感和阻断电容,使一次电流在箝位续流时段很快衰减到零并保持,滞后臂的功率开关器件实现了零电流关断,超前臂的功率开关器件实现了零电压开通,但是双零软开关逆变电源的性能受电路中各种元件参数的影响。本文在分析主电路工作过程的基础上,着重分析了影响软开关逆变电源的各种参数因素,推导出了实现双零软开关的边界条件,提出了关键元件参数的计算公式,并通过在MATLAB7.0中建模仿真及搭建实际电路试验进行了验证。试验结果与仿真结果均表明主电路实现了ZVSZCS,并与理论分析相吻合,验证了双零软开关边界条件和参数计算公式的正确性。The FB-ZVZCS-PWM converter is subjoined a saturation inductor and a obstructive capacitor.At the freewheeling interval,the primary current is attenuated fast to zero and maintained.And then,power devices of the lagging leg become a Zero-Current-Switch (ZCS),power devices of the leading leg become a Zero-Voltage-Switch (ZVS).But the converter is influenced by many factors.On the basis of analyzing the operation process and influencing factors of the FB-ZVZCS-PWM converter,the boundary conditions to achieve ZVZCS and some formulas are proposed in this paper.By means of these formulas,the parameter of the devices can be easily selected.At last,it is verified by simulation and real experiment and the resuhs are in accordance with theoretical analysis.So the boundary conditions and formulas are also verified.
