摘 要:在波形控制的CO2焊中控制参数较多,不同的控制参量对焊接飞溅表现出不同的影响规律。在此文利用自行研制的波形控制CO2焊设备,对主要的波形控制参数如短路电流上升速度、燃弧电流值、燃弧电压、送丝速度、短路小电流持续时间、最大短路电流值等对焊接过程飞溅的影响规律进行了较深入的试验研究。实验结果表明,飞溅量对短路最大电流Imax的变化最为敏感,而短路小电流持续时间t1对飞溅量也有较大的影响,燃弧电流Ig3在一定范围变化时对飞溅的影响不大,短路电流上升速度di/dt对飞溅率的影响较小。There are many controlling parameters in the waveform controlled CO2 welding process,and these parameters include fore-and-aft arc current,wire feed speed,short circuit current slope up,maximum of the short circuit current, are voltage,and the small current time before short circuit.Each waveform controlling parameter expresses a different influence on the welding spatter.In this paper,a novel waveform controlled CO2 welding inverter was developed and the influence of the amount of the CO2 arc. welding controlled-waveform parameters on the welding spatter was studied.The results indicate that the welding spatter is very sensitive to the change of the maximum of the short circuit current Imax,then is the small current time t1 ,and is not so sensitive to the change of the fore-and-aft are current.According to that of the traditional characteristic CO2 welding system,the influence on the welding spatter of the short circuit current slope up di/dt of the self-made waveform controlled CO2 welding inverter is less sensitive,and the self-made CO2 welding inverter has excellent adaptability to the change of the respective controlling parameter.
