摘 要:提出并分析了偏振保持型(PM)1×2磁光开关的设计方案,采用该设计易于获得紧凑的结构及有效降低器件成本。理论分析了其实现原理以及各个光学参数,并由实验证实了该方案的有效性。设计结果表明,采用该方案能获得低损耗且结构简单的偏振光开关,其不同通道的串扰小,消光比性能优良,易于装配且适于在通信系统中集成。Proposed in this paper is the design and fabrication for novel polarization-maintaining (PM)optomagnetic switches. Herein two scheme are presented which are 1×2 devices respectively. Theoretical analysis shows its working principle and optical performance. Experiment validations demonstrate their effectiveness in addition. Results obtained show that the switch devices can be more compact and easily assembled by adopting proposed scheme, and the optical performance of the design is excellent which featured by their ultra-low channel crosstalk, super polarization extinction ratio (PER) and insertion loss (IL) as well.
