群居型东亚飞蝗后足外侧感器的初步研究  被引量:6

Primary Research of Sensilla on Outer Lateral Surface of Hind Leg of Locusta migratoria manilensis in Gregarious Phase

摘  要:采用扫描电镜技术对群居型东亚飞蝗(Locusta migratoria manilensis)后足股节和胫节外侧的感器数量和分布进行了研究。结果表明,雌雄成虫股节和胫节外侧均有三种类型感器:刺形感器、长形机械感器和短形机械感器。雌雄虫股节外侧单位面积上感器的数量无显著差异;雌雄虫除5龄胫节外侧单位面积上刺形感器的数量有显著差异外(P<0.05),其他均无显著差异。而股节和胫节感受器的数量在单位面积上有显著差异(P<0.05)。研究还发现,股节和胫节外侧感器中,短形感器及5龄雄虫刺形感器有显著差异(P<0.05),其他感受器无显著差异。并且,东亚飞蝗后足股节和胫节外侧刺形感受器及2种类型的机械感受器的排列很有规律,雌雄虫各感受器的数量分布也很一致。The quantity and distribution of sensilla on outer lateral surface of hind femur and tibia of Locusta migratoria manilensis were studied using the scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that there were three types of sensilla on the hind femur and tibia of male and female adults, e.g. chaetica sensillum, long mechano-sensillum, and short mechano-sensillum. There was no significant difference in male and female insects per unit area on the lateral section sensilla, with the exclusion of the 5^th instar larva (P 〈 0.05). The quantity of sensilla on outer lateral surface of hinct femur and hind tibia had a significant difference (P 〈0.05). The results also showed that the short-shaped sensilla and chaetica sensillum of the 5^th male instar larva had a significant difference (P 〈0.05), while the others had no significant differences. The lateral surface of hind femur and tibia sensilla and two types of mechano-sensillum arranged inerraticly. The number of distribution of sensilla was also consistent.
