拉米夫定在肺结核合并慢性乙型肝炎病毒感染治疗的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨应用抗乙肝病毒药物拉米夫定对肺结核合并慢性乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染抗结核治疗患者肝功能的影响,评估拉米夫定在抗结核治疗中的临床价值。方法符合条件的初治肺结核合并慢性HBV感染患者62例,分为两组,对照组应用护肝片和维生素C联合抗结核药物(异烟肼、利福喷丁、吡嗪酰胺、乙胺丁醇);拉米夫定组应用拉米夫定、护肝片和维生素C联合抗结核药物(异烟肼、利福喷丁、吡嗪酰胺、乙胺丁醇)。结果应用拉米夫定联合抗结核药物治疗肺结核合并慢性HBV感染患者,明显减轻肝功能损害,降低死亡率,与对照组比较差异有显著性。结论应用拉米夫定联合抗结核药物治疗肺结核合并慢性HBV感染患者安全有效,为抗结核治疗方案的顺利实施、提高肺结核患者的治愈率提供了良好的支持策略。[Objective] To assess the efficacy of Lamivudine on liver function in patients who infected pulmonary tuberculosis and chronic hepatitis B virus,evaluating the clinical importance on anti-tubereulotie therapy. [Methods] 62 cases of patients who firstly infected pulmonary tuberculosis and chronic hepatitis B virus are separated into two groups：compared group applied Liver-aid Tablets, Vitamin C and anti-tuberculosis drugs（Isoniazid, Rifapentine, Pyrazinamide, Ethambutol）, Lamivudine group applied anti-hepatitis B virus drug （Lamivudine）, Liver-aid Tablets, Vitamin C and anti-tuberculosis drugs （Isoniazid, Rifapentine, Pyrazinamide, Etha-mbutol）. [Results] The liver damage to the patients applied Lamivudine is much lower than that to compared group. The died ratio of experimented group is much lower. [Conclusions] It is safe and effective to patients who firsdy infected pulmonary tuber-eulosis and chronic hepatitis B virus for applying Lamivudine and anti-tuberculosis drug＇s. This method for the anti-tuberculosis treatment plan smooth implementation, enhanced pulmonary tuberculosis patient＇s euring rate to provide the good support strategy.
