血液病患者体内促红细胞生成素水平的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨不同血液病患者内源性促红细胞生成素(EPO)水平,为EPO治疗血液病贫血及其适应证选择提供理论基础。方法采用化学发光法检测白血病、多发性骨髓瘤(MM)、淋巴瘤及非肿瘤性血液病共108例患者的血清EPO水平。结果①血液肿瘤患者的EPO水平[(182.45±256.46)mIU/L]明显高于非肿瘤性血液病患者[(18.56±156.24)mIU/L,P<0.01];②血液肿瘤未缓解组患者的EPO水平[(286.78±88.52)mI-U/L]明显高于缓解组[(55.22±36.20)mIU/L,P<0.01];③再生障碍性贫血(AA)患者血清EPO水平[(226.18±20.48)mIU/L]显著高于其他贫血[(18.25±5.52)mIU/L]和特发性血小板减少性紫癜(ITP)[(19.22±8.50)mIU/L,P<0.01]。结论血清EPO水平反映骨髓红系造血功能障碍程度,而与血红蛋白(Hb)水平无明显相关。[Objective] To investigate the serum erythropoietin （EPO）levels in patients with hematopoietie system diseases; [Methods] Serum EPO level in 108 patients with leukemia, multiple myeloma （MM）, lymphoma and notumor hematopoietic system diseases were detected by ehemolumimiscenee. [Results] Serum EPO level[（182.45±256.46） mIU/L] in patients with hematopoietic system tumor were significantly higher than no-tumor hematopoietic system diseases [（18.56±156.24） mIU/L, P〈0.01]. Serum EPO level[（286.78±88.52） mIU/L] in patients with no-re-mission tumor were significantly higher than remission tumor [（55.22±36.20） mIU/L, P〈0.01]. Serum EPO level [（226.18±20.48） mIU/L] in patients with aplastic anemia（AA） were significantly higher than other anemia [（18.25±5.52） mIU/L] and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura （ITP） [（19.22±8.50） mIU/L, P 〈0.01]. [Conclusion] The serum EPO level in patients with hematopoietic system diseases was correlated with condition of narrow erythro-poiesis aplasia,but not significantly with level of hemoglobin.
