阳明经穴位注射治疗腓总神经损伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察穴位注射治疗腓总神经损伤的临床疗效,寻求治疗腓总神经损伤的有效治疗方法,提高患者的生活质量,减少致残率。方法将85例患者随机分为两组,治疗组45例,采用穴位注射加电针治疗;对照组40例,采用单纯电针治疗,进行对照观察。结果治疗组总有效率为95.6%,对照组为80.0%。两组疗效比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论穴位注射加电针治疗腓总神经损伤疗效优于单纯电针治疗。[Objective] To observe the clinical curative effect of point injection to cure common fibular nerve damage and search the effective method, to improve the life quality and to reduce the deformity ratio. [Methods] 85 patients were randomly divided into two groups： treating group includes 45 eases with point injection adding electro-aeuptmcture, and control group includes 40 cases with electro-acupuncture purely, to compare the curative effect. [Results] The total effective ratio of treating group is 95.6%, and the control group is 80%. The difference of the curative effect of two groups have significantly difference （P 〈0.05）. [Condusion] The curative effect of point injection adding electro- acupuncutre to cure Common Fibular Nerve damage is better than the electro-acupune-ture purely.
