摘 要:选用体长10.16±0.14 cm,体质量21.20±0.24 g的草鱼种630尾,随机分为7个试验组,每组设置3个重复,每个重复30尾草鱼.在纯化日粮中添加0,0.15,0.30,0.60,1.20,2.40,4.80 mg/kg的硒,以0 mg/kg添加组为对照组,试验期12周,研究日粮不同硒水平对草鱼抗氧化功能及组织结构的影响.结果表明:硒能提高抗氧化酶活性,降低丙二醛含量,增强抗氧化能力.添加量为0.60 mg/kg时,草鱼肝胰脏和血清CAT、GPX活性最高,草鱼肝胰脏和血清MDA最低,T-AOC最大(p<0.05),草鱼组织结构最为完整.但硒和高硒均对草鱼肝胰脏、背肌和心脏造成不同程度的损害.日粮中适量添加硒能增强草鱼机体抗氧化功能,维持组织结构完整.630 grass carps (Cenopharyngodon idellus) (initial length. 10. 16± 0. 14 cm, initial weight. 21.20±0.24 g) were randomly divided into 7 treatments (30 for each replicate) to study the effects of dietary selenium on anti-oxidation capability and histological structure of grass carp by feeding 7 pure diets with 0, 0.15,0. 30,0. 60,1. 20,2. 40,4. 80 mg/kg diet. The basal diet added 0 mg/kg was used as control group. The results showed that: dietary Se could improve antioxidant enzyme activities, reduce the MDA content and enhance the T-AOC of grass carp. After a 12 weeks feeding, the activities of CAT, GPX and T-AOC value got the maximum while the MDA content decreased to the lowest in fish fed diet with 0.60 mg/kg diet. Both high and low selenium did harmfulness to hepatopancreas, muscle and cardiac muscle of grass carp. Most integrity histological structures were observed in fish fed diet with 0.60 mg/kg diet. All the results demonstrated that optimum dietary selenium can enhance the antioxidant function as well as maintain normal histological structure and accelerate the grass carp to grow better.
