紫芪颗粒剂的制剂工艺研究

摘　　要：通过正交实验设计确定了紫芪颗粒剂的制剂工艺条件,即药物辅料比为1:1,辅料间比例为1:9,酒精浓度为:90%,酒精用量为:20%。通过对颗粒剂的粒度、水分、溶解性、装量差异等指标的测定,表明紫芪颗粒的各项常规指标均达到兽药典关于中药颗粒剂的相关要求,为紫芪颗粒的质量标准及药理研究打下一定的基础。This experiment make sure the condition of the preparation technics for Ziqi granules with orthogonal method design. The proportion of drug： accessories is 1 ： 1, the proportion of the two kinds of accessories is 1 ： 9, the density of alcohol is 90%, and the usage amount of alcohol is 20%. The results indicated the index of ziqi granules is tally with the correspond request of the pharmacopoeia, with the mensuration of grade size, moisture content, solubleness and the amount discrepancy, which establish the foundation of the study of the quality specification and pharmacological of ziqi granules.
