应用ELISA检测犬狂犬病抗体水平的探讨

摘　　要：为了解应用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测犬狂犬病抗体水平的效果,对东莞市采集的54份犬血清应用ELISA进行检测,采用Synbiotics软件进行分析,同时将该批血清送至军事医学科学院军事兽医研究所作荧光抗体病毒中和试验(FAVN)比较。ELISA检出阳性数35份,阳性率为64.82%,与军事医学科学院军事兽医研究所的测定结果差异不显著,符合率为85.19%。证明应用ELISA检测犬狂犬病抗体水平定性检测具有较高的准确率,适合在短时间内监测大批量的血清样品。To understand the effection of detecting antibody against rabies in dogs by the enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） ,54 dogs serum collected in Dongguan were detected by ELISA and analyzed with the software on Synbiotics, and detected parallelly by the fluorescent antibody virus neutralization（FAVN） assay in the military veterinary institute of academy of military medical sciences. 35 positive serum were detected by ELISA, the positive rate was 64.82% and the coincident rate was 85. 19% to the results by the FAVN. The results demonstrated that is almost accurate for detecting antibody against rbies in dog by ELISA, ELISA is fit to detect a great deal of samples of serum in a short time.
