摘　　要：生态化技术的"生态化"特征,对构建适应循环经济发展要求的生态化技术创新主体结构提供了基本规定,即技术创新是由经济效益、社会效益和生态效益最大化所规范的过程,因此,生态化技术创新主体应是具有相应功能的企业、高校与科研机构、政府和公众组成的多元创新主体系统。The characteristics of the ecological technology limit the principal innovational parts during the development of circulation economy. For in the technological innovation, the economic, social and ecological benefits should be put into consideration, the principal innovational parts should be the combining one of enterprise, government, college, research institute and the public.
