凝冻天气对贵州省水利设施的影响分析

摘　　要：根据2008年初贵州雪凝灾害对水利基础设施的损毁客观情况,结合相关调研统计资料,重点对村镇供水设施的损毁特点进行了分析。围绕水利相关行业,从承灾体以及孕灾环境等方面综合分析了此次灾害形成的原因,从灾后恢复重建层面上提出了对策措施,并对今后水利工程规划、设计施工、管理等相关工作的展开提出了建议。研究成果拟对灾区灾后重建和今后加强防范等工作提供参考性意见。The damage features of rural water supply facilities have been analysized mainly in this article according to objective conditions of the infulence that the freezing to water conservancy facilities and relative investigation satistics data in Guizhou,earlier 2008. And the reasons causing this disasters have been syn- thesis analysized around the water conservancy industry based on the damaged body, pregnant environment and other factors, then, some countermeasures for post-disaster reconstruction have been proposed, moreover, some advice on hydraulic engineering tasks has been suggested, including planning, designing, con- struction, management and so on. The results may supply some referential views to the post-disaster reconstruction and future defense.
