对经尿道行前列腺电切手术患者实施临床护理路径的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨临床护理路径在经尿道行前列腺电切手术患者中应用的效果。方法制订符合经尿道前列腺电切手术患者的临床护理路径，将临床护理路径实施前收治的30例患者列为对照组；将临床护理路径实施后收治的35例患者列为实验组。比较2组患者的住院时间、医疗费用、对疾病相关知识的掌握情况及满意度。结果实验组患者的住院时间较对照组显著缩短，医疗费用降低，对疾病相关知识的掌握情况及满意度均有较大提高，2组比较差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结论临床护理路径应用于经尿道行前列腺电切手术患者中，可提高护理质量，减轻患者的经济负担。Objective To study effect of application of clinical nursing pathway in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate. Methods Clinical nursing pathway was established accorded with patients undergoing tmnsurethral resection of prostate.Patients admitted before the application of clinical nursing pathway were set as the control group,while those admiued after the application of clinical nursing pathway were set as the experimental group.The hospitalization time,medical cost,mastering degree of disease-related knowledge and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization time was shorter, the medical cost was lower, the mastering degree of disease-related knowledge and satisfaction degree were improved in the experimental group compared with those of the control group, P 〈 0.05. Conclusions Application of clinical nursing pathway in patients undergoing transurethral resection of prostate can improve nursing quality and reduce the economic burden of patients.
