摘　　要：介绍常用的基于计算机系统的测试设备开发方法。提出在建立相关标准的情况下,可以实现测试设备开发的通用化,以缩短开发周期及开发所需的人力、物力。This paper introduces the ways to develop the test instrument based on computer system. In the meantime it refers to that.when some related standards have been set up, the development of test instrument could be universalized, which make the time, manpower, material resources to be saved.
