摘　　要：目的观察前列腺素E1脂微球载体制剂(Lipo PGE1)治疗慢性重型肝炎的临床疗效。方法选择慢性重型肝炎患者79人,对照组38例,给予综合治疗;治疗组41例,在综合治疗的基础上加用Lipo PGE1 10μg,疗程为14天。期间监测肝功能,统计有效率。结果Lipo PGE1对早期慢性重型肝炎肝功能的改善作用明显优于对照组,疗效显著,但晚期组二组疗效无显著差异,治疗组较对照组病死率下降。结论Lipo PGE1治疗慢性重型肝炎宜尽早使用。Objective To study the effect Of Lipo Prostagladin E1 （ Lipo PGE1 ） in treating chronic severe hepatitis. Methods 79 patients suffered from chronic severe hepatitis were selected, the 38 patients of the control group were treated complex therapy, and the 41 patients of the treatment group were added Lipo Prostagladin E1 10ug for 10 = 20 days on the base of above therapy. To examine the liver function and compute the efficiency in the process. Results the treatment group had a better effect in improving the iver function than the control group in the early stage of chronic severe hepatitis, the efficacy is obvious. But there was no significant difference in the middle and later stage. Conclusion Lipo PGE1 should be applied as early as possible in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis.
