七叶皂苷对BXSB狼疮小鼠肾功能的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨七叶皂苷对BXSB小鼠肾功能的作用。方法采用狼疮模型BXSB小鼠作为实验对象，随机分成A组（正常对照组）、B组（单用激素组）、C组（激素联合大剂量七叶皂苷组）和D组（激素联合小剂量七叶皂苷组），每组10只，干预1个月后检测各组小鼠蛋白尿（尿蛋白试纸检测）及尿素氮、肌酐（自动生化分析仪检测）。结果与其余3组相比，激素联合大剂量七叶皂苷组可以明显减少小鼠蛋白尿水平（氏0．05）及改善肾功能指标（血清尿素氮和肌酐）（P〈0．05）。结论七叶皂苷可以减少BXSB小鼠蛋白尿水平，并对肾功能有保护作用。Objective To study the effect of escin on proteinuria and renal function of BXSB mice. Methods BXSB mice were divided randomly into group A （control group ）, B （steroid treatment group ）, C（steroid eomhined with high-dose esein treatment group） and D （streroid combined with low-dose esein group）. The proleinuria aud renal function were deteeted by albustix and automatic biochemistry analyzer after a month＇s treatment. Results Group C reduced the level of pruteinuria and parameters of renal function （BUN and Cr） significantly when eompared with other three groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Esein can reduee the level of proteinuria and proleel renal function of BXSB mice.
